Ticketing and Performance Policies
Thank you for taking the time to understand and observe these policies to ensure an enjoyable experience for you and for all of our patrons.
Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds.
To exchange your tickets for a fee, call the box office by 5pm on the day before your scheduled performance. Same-day exchanges are not available.
When you exchange, you’ll pay the difference in the ticket price (if there is one) plus a $5 exchange fee per ticket. Season subscribers are exempt from this fee.
You can also choose to donate the value of your order to TheatreSquared up to one hour before showtime, and we’ll send you a receipt for a tax deduction.
Since some delays are unavoidable, we recommend planning to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the show.
Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Latecomers may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission. Patrons who need to leave their seats during the performance may be readmitted by the house manager to alternative seating or asked to wait until intermission.
In the extremely unusual event that a T2 performance is canceled, T2 will make every effort to contact ticket holders to offer complimentary exchanges to an alternate performance or a refund.
If inclement weather prevents your safe attendance at a scheduled show, please contact the Box Office at 479-443-5600 and we’ll help you consider your exchange options.
Don't worry, we’ll reprint them. Just stop by the box office when you arrive. If you find this happening all too often, you might consider holding your tickets at Will Call.
Many performances contain adult language or content, and while we do not set strict age criteria, we advise parental guidance. We recommend you check with the Box Office in advance if you intend to bring children and have questions about content. Please no babes in arms.
Phones and smart watches should be turned off or switched to airplane or theatre mode before the performance. Photography and sound or video recordings during the show are prohibited.
Patrons who use phones during the show will be asked to leave.
There is no smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, in the theatre or commons areas.
TheatreSquared serves a variety of snacks and drinks, including wine and beer. Concessions may be brought into the theatre. No outside food or drinks are permitted.
Exits — To ensure your safety in case of fire or any other emergency, take a look at the exit route nearest your seat.
Weapons — The carrying of weapons and/or firearms is prohibited at Nadine Baum Studios under Arkansas Code 5-73-306 (B) (1), even if you have a permit.
Appropriate Conduct & Image Release
TheatreSquared reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with T2 personnel and posted signs.
Ticket holders expressly assume all liability for risk and danger incidental to the ticketed event.
Your attendance at the theatre serves as permission to appear in photographs or video taken in public areas of the theatre.
Titles, artists, dates and prices are subject to change.
